Types of Personal Injuries We Treat

Dr. Lynch has experience treating patients injured in a wide range of accidents and incidents. We provide thorough documentation to support your legal claim and work directly with personal injury attorneys.

Slip & Fall Accidents

Falls on wet floors, uneven surfaces, or unsafe property can cause back injuries, neck strain, and nerve damage. We document everything for your claim.

Construction Accidents

Falls from scaffolding, equipment injuries, and heavy lifting accidents on job sites often result in serious spinal and musculoskeletal injuries.

Workplace Injuries

Repetitive strain, lifting injuries, and on-the-job accidents can cause lasting pain. We provide treatment and documentation for workers' comp and personal injury cases.

Premises Liability

Injured on someone else's property? We treat injuries from unsafe conditions and provide the medical documentation your attorney needs.

Sports & Recreation Injuries

Injuries from recreational activities, gym accidents, or organized sports that result from negligence may qualify as personal injury cases.

Dog Bites & Assaults

Physical trauma from dog bites, assaults, or other incidents can cause spinal and soft tissue injuries that respond well to chiropractic care.

Before Your Visit

What to Bring to Your First Visit

Bring information that helps the clinic staff understand the collision, your symptoms, and any care already received.

  • A photo ID
  • Insurance or claim information, if available
  • The accident date
  • Hospital or urgent-care discharge instructions
  • Imaging reports
  • A current medication list
  • Contact information for any other treating providers

Important: Do not delay emergency care or an appropriate evaluation merely because a report or claim number is not yet available.

Before you arrive

Before the appointment, make a short note of where you feel pain or stiffness, when each symptom began, and which movements or activities make your pain better or worse. Also report numbness, weakness, dizziness, headaches, balance problems, or other symptoms rather than assuming that they come from a particular injury.

At Your Appointment

What Happens During the First Evaluation

The first visit typically includes a review of the accident, symptoms, medical history, current limitations, and x-rays. The provider may evaluate areas of pain or tenderness, mobility, range of motion, strength, posture, and other findings relevant to the complaint.

The purpose is to determine whether your condition appears appropriate for care at the clinic or whether emergency, medical, imaging, or related specialist evaluation should come first.

Treatment recommendations are made after the evaluation. Recommendations should reflect the findings, the nature and severity of the injury, prior health conditions, and the patient's response to care. Not every patient needs the same services or number of visits. If treatment is appropriate, the provider should explain the recommended approach and how progress will be assessed.
